Dear friends, clients, and kitten lovers,

We are issuing this urgent notice to protect the reputation of our business and to inform the public of a serious case of fraud that is directly affecting us.

Any scam website is falsely claiming to be affiliated with our cattery, Finnex Kittens. We want to make it absolutely clear:

Any other site is NOT associated with Finnex Kittens or our business in any way.

These scammers are illegally using our name, our reputation, and even referencing our credentials and other information in an attempt to deceive customers. This behavior is not only fraudulent — it is damaging, unethical, and dangerous to those seeking a beloved family companion.

We are a registered and reputable cattery operating under the following official website:

Finnex Kittens – www.finnexkittens.com

We stand behind the quality, transparency, and ethical practices of our cattery.

We are proudly committed to responsible breeding practices and maintaining the highest standards of care for our kittens.

FRAUDULENT CLAIMS BY SCAMMERS:

We have no affiliation with anyone named Ashley or any other individuals claiming to represent us unless listed on our official website.

These scammers are impersonating our business and misleading people into sending payments via untraceable methods such as Walmart-to-Walmart transfers, PayPal to third parties, and CVS/pharmacy wire services.

In some cases, they falsely claim to have transferred kittens to new owners or registered them with cat associations — all of which are lies.

THE IMPACT ON US:

We have been receiving a flood of phone calls, emails, threats, and even formal complaints from victims or near-victims of this scam — all because the scammers are pretending to be us. This has caused enormous stress, confusion, and harm to our business and the trust we’ve worked so hard to build with our community.

We want to be absolutely clear:

We are NOT responsible for any communication, transaction, or interaction involving any scam websites or  its operators.

HOW TO STAY SAFE:

Only trust our official website listed above.

Verify breeders through recognized cat registries and breeder associations.

Be cautious of sellers who refuse to do video calls, avoid in-person visits, or insist on unusual payment methods.

If something feels off, stop and contact us directly.

REPORT THE FRAUD:

If you’ve interacted with the scammers, please report them to:

Federal Trade Commission (FTC) – reportfraud.ftc.gov

Better Business Bureau (BBB) – www.bbb.org/scamtracker

A FINAL WORD FROM US:

We care deeply about our kittens, our clients, and the integrity of our work. We are heartbroken that someone is using our name to deceive and manipulate others. Thank you for your support, for sharing this warning, and for helping us protect others from becoming victims.

With sincerity and transparency,

The Finnex Kittens Team
